Vintage Universal Geneve chronometre 28. This watch is a rare microrotor chronometer edition. There are a few that have come up online but barely any, those were also much more expensive than this one.
The watch measures 34mm, though it wears much larger as it is extremely slim and the lug to lug is very long. The watch weares like a typical 36mm vintage watch in my opinion. The case and dial are in excellent original condition. The watch seems to be unpolished as the case is very sharp.
There is some damage to the case near the crown, and the crown is replaced.
